Our building in Apen
which had been built in 1894 by our great grandfather. We restored it and use it as warehouse and office for our company: www.originalmailbox.de.
We have been general importer for the largest US-mailbox manufacturer since 1992 to present, with sales of over 350.000 mailboxes all over Europe.
From 2016 until 2022 we imported about 80 very nice Mercedes convertibles from the USA which we stored in the building.
We live on the second floor of the building which we restored to modern standards.
Where is Apen?
The community of Apen has about 12.000 inhabitants. Apen belongs to the county of Ammerland and is located between the cities of Leer and Oldenburg in the northwestern part of Germany, close to the Autobahn A28. Our community is next to the eastfrisian county of Leer / Ostfriesland.
